And this additional moment can be decomposed into axial force. Acting on the inner gear ring, the magnitude of this force depends on the size of the fault, and is proportional to the fault. The greater the fault, the greater the force, which causes the axial displacement of the inner ring gear of the lifting accessory coupling.
Assuming that the displacement is too large, it will be uncontrollable. The gear reducer will cause severe gear wear and even broken teeth. The front and back teeth cannot mesh, and the gear reducer will not be able to drive. Treatment method: It is difficult to deal with this shortcoming, and it needs to stop production. That is, realignment, or realignment of the gear reducer side, or realignment of the reel side. Firstly, find out the part with large offset error, so first measure the offset of the coupling to that side, that is, measure the level and coaxiality of the main shaft and the level and coaxiality of the reducer main shaft.
The shortcomings can be eliminated by copying and aligning according to the quality standards from the beginning. For example, the author has found such shortcomings on site. After surveying and mapping, the reducer should be calibrated according to the quality standard from the beginning. After adjustment, the operation is normal and the shortcomings are eliminated.
