Solution to the wear problem of gear reducer motor:
1. When the shaft hole of the gear reducer motor is worn out, the original precision of the parts can be restored by electroplating.
2. If the dispersing machine, coating dispersing machine, laboratory dispersing machine, vacuum dispersing machine cannot be repaired, new parts must be processed if the dispersing machine is damaged due to broken gear teeth.
3. Clean the geared motor on time, do not replace hardware facilities in actual operation, and do not add cleaning agent to ensure the safe operation of the gearbox.
Fourth, choose a good model and specifications, ensure the safety factor of the machine, and use it in strict accordance with the operating regulations to maximize its efficiency.
