The first is to first check whether the power supply of the AC relay and the thermal protection relay is normal. If there is an abnormal problem, then you need to check the power supply and restore the normal power supply.


The second is to detect whether the AC relay winding coil is damaged or worn, and then check whether the magnet is rusted. If so, derust the magnet during actual maintenance. If the coil is found to be damaged, it must be replaced in time.


The third is to check whether the winding of the AC relay is short-circuited at the end. If there is no short-circuit, continue to check whether the thermal protection relay wiring contacts are unblocked. If there is a short-circuit, directly repair the AC relay so that the contacts can be in good contact.
